WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN GENMAICHA POWDER?MATCHA POWDER?

Currently on the market there are 3 types of powder that are easily confused by consumers: green tea powder, matcha powder and genmaicha powder. To distinguish these 3 types of powder, you need to identify the following characteristics:

Green tea powder: made from 70% young tea leaves, 30% tea buds. Tea leaves are picked, dried, and ground using industrial machines. Green tea powder is dark green, less smooth, some are lumpy or lumpy compared to matcha powder. Therefore, green tea powder is high in fiber, has very few other nutrients, and is cheaper than the other two products.

Matcha powder: made from 100% young tea buds of green tea plants, matcha powder goes through a special production process. Newly sprouted tea buds are shaded from the sun, harvested, steam is used to steam and wind is dried, the veins of the leaves are removed and ground into powder.Matcha powder is less green, very smooth and richer in nutritional value than green tea powder.

Genmaicha powder: The ratio of mixing matcha powder is different from the above two powders including: Green tea: 48%, genmaicha (roasted brown rice): 48%, matcha: 4%. Genmaicha powder is rich in vitamins A1, B1, B6, B12, E, protein, fiber, minerals and pure natural nutrients such as iron and phosphorus; Green tea retains more natural substances from fresh leaves, and is rich in chlorophyll, amino acids and vitamin B complex, etc. Can help increase metabolism in the body and dissolve fat, which is very good for health. More specifically, genmaicha powder has a high proportion of roasted brown rice. When mixing drinks, we will feel the strong aroma of roasted rice powder and the cool sweetness of matcha. Because it contains 48% roasted brown rice powder, genmaicha is less green, then brown, yellow.
Safe King Genmaicha powder is made from original fresh tea buds, strictly inspected by SGS and guaranteed 100% food safety and hygiene.
