Note:
If you want to make milk tea with a strong tea flavor, you should use more tea to brew and do not brew the tea for too long. The amount of tea used is just enough, too much will make the tea too strong (thick), lose the flavor of other ingredients and avoid wasting tea.
When you finish brewing the tea, let it cool down before brewing. This will preserve the inherent flavor of the tea and not lose the aroma and fat of the milk powder.

3. The secret to reducing the bitter taste but still maintaining the rich tea flavor when making milk tea.

The cause of bitter tea is often due to making the tea too strong or due to high caffeine content in tea, tea brewing time is too long... don't worry, stay calm and overcome the consequences with some of the methods below.

  • If the tea base is too concentrated, you can add enough warm water to dilute it.
  • If the tea has a very bitter taste, add a little honey then stir well. Pure honey has a naturally sweet taste that reduces the bitterness of tea while still retaining the natural flavor of tea juice.
