PINK LOTUS OOLONG CELESTIAL TEA RECIPE

Pink Lotus Oolong Celestial Tea is a perfect combination of the bold flavor of Wecha Spring Green Oolong Tea, the gentle fragrance of chrysanthemum, and the tranquility of lotus scent. This is a unique beverage that not only helps cool the body but also brings many health benefits.

5g Yellow Chrysanthemum flowers

6g Wecha Spring Green Oolong Tea

250ml boiling water

15ml Safe King Strawberry Syrup

25ml - 30ml Sugar syrup (adjust quantity to taste)

15g Preserved Lotus Seeds (equivalent to 1 tablespoon)

4 Lotus root slices

Preparation Steps:

Step 1: Briefly rinse the tea and chrysanthemum with boiling water. Then, steep 6g of Wecha Spring Green Oolong Tea and 5g of Yellow Chrysanthemum flowers in 250ml of boiling water at 90°C for 12 minutes.

Step 2: After filtering the tea, add 30ml of sugar syrup to the freshly filtered tea and let it cool.

Step 3: Pour 15ml of Safe King Strawberry Syrup into the glass, along with a few lotus root slices. Then, add 1 tablespoon of Preserved Lotus Seeds and a few ice cubes into the glass.
Step 4: Pour the tea into the glass and fill with ice. Finally, place 1 lotus root slice along with a few chrysanthemum flowers into the glass for decoration.
