JASMINE LYCHEE TEA RECIPE                                                              

Jasmine Lychee Tea is also known as "Green Jasmine Lychee Tea." It is a "visually refreshing" combination of the green color from grapes, a hint of sweet and sour from Lychees, and using fresh Jasmine flowers as a highlight. This will be a drink that takes the market by storm in the near future.
 

Ingredients to prepare:

7g Wecha Jasmine Green Tea

150ml boiling water

1g dried Jasmine flowers soaked in 30ml boiling water 
4 canned lychees

5 green grapes (thinly slice 3, cut 2 in half for decoration)

45ml - 50ml sugar syrup (adjust dosage according to taste)

10ml kumquat juice
 

Preparation steps:

Step 1: Wash the green grapes and briefly rinse the tea with boiling water. Then, steep 7g of Wecha Jasmine Green Tea with 150ml of boiling water at 90°C for 8 minutes.

Step 2: Soak 1g of dried Jasmine flowers in 30ml of boiling water and steep for about 6 minutes.

Step 3: Muddle 3 green grapes and 3 canned lychees. Then, add the following ingredients into a shaker: 150ml tea concentrate, 50ml sugar syrup, 10ml kumquat juice. Add the muddled green grapes and lychees, and add some ice cubes. Then, close the lid tightly and shake well.

Step 4: Add sufficient ice cubes to the glass, pour in the tea, and garnish with 2 lychees and a few fresh jasmine flowers to complete.
