What is Hibiscus Strawberry Tea?

This beautiful red tea doesn't take much time or effort to make. Cups of refreshing hibiscus tea (Hibiscus Strawberry Tea) help dispel the hot summer sun. Mildly sour tea, fragrant with vinegar hibiscus, sweet with strawberry flavor, must be "developed" this summer!

Ingredients

Black tea: 10 grams

Strawberries: 100 grams

Dried hibiscus flowers: 3 flowers

Sugar water: 20ml

A little basil

How to do

Step 1: Put dried hibiscus flowers and black tea in a vase, pour 300ml of boiling water and incubate for 10 minutes. After brewing for enough time, filter the tea through a sieve to get the juice.

Step 2: Wash strawberries, remove stems, cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the basil and pick out the young shoots.

Step 3: put 50 grams of strawberries in a glass, use a pestle to crush them. Add 20ml of sugar water and 150ml of hibiscus vinegar tea into the glass. Use a spoon to stir well, then add ice cubes. You can decorate the glass with a little basil and strawberries to add a beautiful look to your glass of water.

Notes when using roselle (red artichoke, hibiscus)

Hibiscus tea is considered a good addition to any diet, helps maintain cholesterol levels, lowers blood pressure and is an effective natural remedy for a number of health problems.

If you plan to use this tea as a daily beverage, you should drink two cups of tea per day, with a dosage of 250mg of dried roselle each time.

In addition to making mocktails, you can use hibiscus syrup to make cocktails, creating beautiful colors and health safety for milk tea toppings...

This drink is considered safe for most people, but it is not recommended during pregnancy or for women nursing children, because scientists believe that hibiscus tea is not good for fetal health.
