HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESE TEA
Take 5 grams of Jasmine Green Tea brew in 150 ml of 90 degree boiling water, brew for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, filter out the tea residue.
Mash 30g strawberries into a shaker
Then pour the brewed tea into the shaker with pureed strawberries.
Add 50ml Sugar Water, 15ml strawberry smoothie
Add ice to nearly fill the shaker
Shake well then pour into a glass
Pour over about 35 grams of cream cheese
Decorate with a few strawberry slices and you're done
