- Wrong items, flavors, or specifications delivered compared to order confirmation.
- Damaged, leaked, or broken items during courier transportation.
- Technical manufacturer defects or expired date prior to delivery.
3. Refund Timeline
- Replacement: New product dispatched within 24h - 48h at VAT's expense.
- Bank Refund: 100% refund processed within 1 - 3 business days.
