Sales & Product Quality Policy

1. All goods have a clear, transparent, and genuine origin, sourced from manufacturers and importers.
2. We absolutely do not sell counterfeit goods, brand imitations, or substandard products.
3. All listed prices exclude value-added tax (VAT). We encourage organizations, individuals, and customers to request a VAT invoice when purchasing. If you wish to have a financial invoice issued, please provide the necessary information immediately so our Accounting Department can issue it in a timely manner. VAT invoices are only issued on the day of purchase in accordance with regulations of the General Department of Taxation and the Ministry of Finance. If a customer declines the purchase after an invoice has already been issued, please sign and stamp the Invoice Cancellation Record.
4. We will refund 100% of the value of goods sold if the goods fail to meet our commitments or have an incorrect origin (excluding shipping and return costs).
5. All goods sold are warrantied in accordance with the manufacturer's standards.
6. Our products are offered at competitive prices, at or below the price set by the manufacturer. VAT is committed to selling at the correct price and the correct quality.
7. To fully protect your rights when purchasing, please provide complete personal information and contact address. We are not responsible for cases where incomplete information leads to failed, lost, or delayed delivery.

9. We do not disclose or misuse customers' personal information for improper purposes. We comply with Vietnamese law on sales and consumer protection.
